About the Network

The DNI was founded in 2004 to promote professional indexing for German-language publications. Membership is open to anyone interested in indexing or actively creating indexes. German is the main language that anybody who wants to join DNI should be able to handle in index projects, although a number of DNI members also offer indexing in other languages, especially English.
